Sharing a luscious garden with blooming flowers and oversized swimming pool, both houses enjoy wonderful sea views from the many rooms and terrace. The pool area is furnished with modern & stylish sun chairs and outdoor settings. The properties share a private entrance with security gate, while each has individual parking for its own guests. The outdoor patio features a lovely pergola by the poolside with a fully equipped BBQ, a large outdoor bar and dining area, ideal for entertaining. The interior of each house has a large living space comprising of an open-plan style kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. The dining and living areas are divided only by a few steps to give a more pleasing layout.
