These are two adjacent villas occupying a large plot of land of 1650 sq.m, between 2 roads in the residential villa area of Cavo Delos.
Two entrances: main entrance + plenty of parking facilities on the road at the back of villas.
Huge terraces at the front with plenty of outdoor sitting areas under the pergola (built in couches). Plus 2 dining tables for outdoor dining around the pool - with superb views overlooking the Aegean Sea and the island of Tinos.

Ground floor consists of nicely furnished Living room/Kitchen/Dining room/Full Bath with bathtub.

Upper Floor consists of 1 master bedroom with its own bathroom (shower) television and air conditioning + 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, television and fan. 1 of the 2 houses has a high speed internet connection and satellite television.

This rental rates includes: a daily 3-hours maid service, change of towels daily of of linen twice weekly, and all utilities/charges (water, electricity, linen, towels, cleaning, pool maintenance, taxes, and assistance upon arrival at airport or harbour and transfer to the villa)
